Biography

Matthew focuses his practice on estate planning, probate administration, and real estate law.

He attended the University of North Gorgia where he received his Bachelor of Science in Political Science. He attended Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University where he earned his Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude. Matthew joined Boling Rice LLC following in his father’s footsteps, Dennis Bottoms, a long-time partner of Boling Rice LLC, and has since been faithfully serving clients in the North Georgia and Metro Atlanta areas.

Matthew and his wife, Emily, have two children and live in Cumming, Georgia.
