The roots of Boling Rice LLC can be traced back to a firm Leon Boling founded in 1946. In the decades that have followed, clients have continuously trusted the lawyers at the firm for assistance in meeting their desired outcomes in legal matters involving commercial and residential real estate, estate planning, probate administration, business and other areas of the law.
Former partners of the firm include the late Richard B. Neville, Jr., former Superior Court Judge, the late Larry H. Boling, former Municipal Court Judge and Jeffrey S. Bagley, Superior Court Judge of the Bell-Forsyth Judicial Circuit.
Based in Cumming, Georgia, Boling Rice LLC has attorneys who have served in many leadership roles in our community such as: bank boards, Chamber of Commerce boards, Rotary Club, United Way boards, local and state bar associations, and various local charity boards.
